Kashmir Hoopers, you are an amazing travel agency. Among all the agencies I have traveled with so far, you are truly the best. The driver allotted to us, Mr. Manzoor Sofi, is an excellent person—by nature as well as by driving skills. Throughout the entire journey, we never felt scared at any point.
Your assistant Shabnum took care of me just like an elder sister during the whole trip. She was always just a phone call away and kept track of everything at all times. She is truly the best. I sincerely pray that Kashmir Hoopers always has office bearers like Shabnum and Manzoor Sofi.
If I talk about the food, the meals at our first stay were not very good, but the staff there was very polite. Apart from that, Kashmir is extremely beautiful.
Thank you for taking care of us like family, even when we were so far away from home.

Kashmir Hopper Holidays is a reliable and well-organized tour agency. Our entire Kashmir trip was smooth, hassle-free, and truly enjoyable. The team customized the itinerary according to our budget and preferences, which made the experience even better.
A special mention to Shabnam, our tour planner, who was extremely cooperative, patient, and always available to guide us throughout the trip. She made sure everything was perfectly planned and regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable.
Our taxi driver Ishfaq also deserves appreciation. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the local routes and sightseeing spots, making our journey safe and pleasant.

Booking the trip through Kashmir Hopper was an amazing experience. Shabnam was exceptional with prompt responses at any time of the day, and Firdos was a very warm host. The hotel was great too, with proper heating facilities, which made our lives much easier in the extreme cold.
